2. Orders & Availability

When you place an order with us, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging your purchase. In rare cases, if an item becomes unavailable or if we’re unable to fulfil your request, we will contact you promptly to offer a suitable alternative or issue a full refund.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase via our secure payment gateway.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

We offer refunds on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details. Bespoke or personalised pieces are non-refundable due to their custom nature.

At Vi Luxus, every piece of jewellery is created with intention — from responsibly sourced materials to final polish. These Terms & Conditions of Goods outline the key details related to the purchase, ownership, and care of our products, so you can shop with clarity and confidence.

By purchasing from Vi Luxus, you agree to the following terms:

1. Product Description & Craftsmanship

All of our pieces are thoughtfully designed and meticulously crafted using ethically sourced materials. Due to the handcrafted and, at times, bespoke nature of our jewellery, slight variations in shape, size, or finish may occur. These natural nuances are not considered faults, but rather part of the beauty and uniqueness of each piece.

We take every effort to ensure that product descriptions, imagery, and specifications are accurate. However, colours and details may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings or lighting.

2. Made-to-Order & Bespoke Pieces

Many of our items are made-to-order or fully bespoke, created just for you. As such, these pieces are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless they are proven to be faulty upon receipt. We will always work closely with you throughout the design and production process to ensure your complete satisfaction.

3. Ownership & Risk

Ownership of goods passes to you once full payment has been received and the item has been dispatched. At that point, the risk of damage or loss transfers to you. All parcels are sent via secure, insured delivery to help ensure your jewellery arrives safely.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices listed are in GBP and include applicable UK taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices may be subject to change without notice. Full payment is required at the time of purchase or when placing a bespoke order, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Care Instructions

To ensure your Vi Luxus jewellery lasts a lifetime (and beyond), we recommend following the care guidelines provided with your order. Damage caused by neglect, misuse, or failure to follow these instructions is not covered under any warranty or repair policy.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Goods

We take the quality of our craftsmanship seriously. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.

7. Warranty

Our pieces are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not include general wear and tear, accidental damage, or issues arising from improper care.
