At Vi Luxus, we want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. If, for any reason, your piece isn’t quite right, we offer refunds on eligible items within 30 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, your jewellery must be unuses, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging. Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process your refund promptly to your original payment method. Please note that return shipping costs are the
responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Made-to-order, personalised, and bespoke pieces are crafted just for you — and as such, are non-refundable. If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please get in touch and we’ll be happy to guide you.
